Beating	The slay is carefully made fromselected good quality of seasoned Teak wood with shisham wood raceboard fitted with polished slay cap is incorporated in the loomwhich ensures stable flight of the shuttle and correct beating.

Shedding	Double treadle and cone pulleytype shedding system is provided which is suitable for Planeweaving, Jacquard weaving and dobby with 24 shafts.

Letting Off	The letoff systems is of twotypes, 1. Attached frame type where the area is limited and Separateframe type. 2. The positive separate type of letoff system ensuresuniform letoff speed and uniform warp tension.

Taking Up	The take up motion incorporatespickle's indirect 7 wheels take up motion with ratchet wheels. Thesystem performs accurate take up motion even at high pick weaving.The change gears is such that one tooth corresponds to one pick.

Picking	The unique centre picking isadopted for smooth and uniform working even at high speed operation.The mechanism is so designed as to ensure Longer life for shuttle,pickers and picking stick.
